eQ products can be used anywhere you stand or move about. They can be used at any workstation in your office, store, factory, home or warehouse. eQ products can fit discreetly into most any setting.
- Begin standing on eQ by approaching and engaging the up-slope
- Spend a minute getting used to the sensation of stretching your calves and feet
- Try to relax while standing on eQ
- Step over to the down-slope and breath out slowly to relax the back
- Use comfortable rubber soled shoes, natural fiber socks, (i.e. wool or cotton), or bare feet
- Do not wear high heels or synthetic stockings while standing on eQ
- Standing down-slope should relax your back
- Standing up-slope should stretch your calf muscles
- Once in a while change positions, (this will naturally happen)
- eQ can be used indoors or out, but avoid any locations that are slippery, (i.e. oily floors, icy surfaces)
- eQ can be cleaned with a broom, vacuum, mop or scrub brush
- Do not use eQ when the surface is wet or slippery
- eQ is light weight and easy to move
- It may take a few days to a few weeks to get used to eQ but this initial introduction period is well worth it

Return Policy:
If you have used your eQ product for at least 30 days and are not satisfied with the results, you may return your product. Before returning any product, please call customer service at 1.780.870.1021 for a return authorization (RA) number.
